Half Day Weekday Rental M-TH: $1250.00 (8hrs)

*with room to add additional hours for $150hr extra per hour*

Full Day Weekday Rental M-TH: $2000.00 (16hrs)

*with room to add additional hours for $100hr extra per hour*

Half Day Weekend Rental- F-S: $1850.00 (8hrs)

*with room to add additional hours for $150hr extra per hour*

Full Day Weekend Rental- F-S: $3000.00 (16hrs)

*with room to add additional hours for $100hr extra per hour*

**events do not include furniture, but can be quoted upon request or brought in by clients own vendor**

POP UP MARKETS: $850 daily rental ( up to 10 hours)

EVENTS BY THE HOUR:

$250hr with a 3 hour minimum

**Events by the hour do not come with furniture and we do not coordinate furniture rentals but are happy to recommend a couple local rental companies**

Each space rented (if both brick loft + 210, will come with a $250 cleaning deposit, per space with a card on file for incidentals or damages.

We also provide the following services and have a list of local vendors that we recommend for the space.

  • Florals

NEWS! We now have added the brick loft space to our event rentals add on area. You can add the beautiful loft to your event for an additional $1500.
